Terms and Conditions for Pranil Recruitment

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any recruitment process conducted by Pranil Pvt. Ltd. (“Pranil”), including but not limited to application submissions, interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions. By engaging in any recruitment-related activities with Pranil, you agree to abide by these Terms.

  1. Application Process:

    • All applications must be submitted through Pranil’s designated channels as specified in the job postings.
    • Applicants must provide accurate and complete information in their applications. Misrepresentation of information may lead to disqualification from the recruitment process or termination of employment if hired.
  2. Selection Criteria:

    • Pranil evaluates candidates based on qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant criteria outlined in the job description.
    • Selection decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
  3. Confidentiality:

    • All information shared with applicants during the recruitment process, including but not limited to interview questions, assessments, and internal processes, is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent from Pranil.
  4. Interview Process:

    • Pranil reserves the right to conduct various stages of interviews, assessments, and background checks as part of the selection process.
    • Applicants are expected to participate in interviews and assessments as scheduled. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in disqualification.
  5. Offer of Employment:

    • Receipt of an offer of employment from Pranil is contingent upon successful completion of all required pre-employment checks, including but not limited to background verification, reference checks, and any other checks deemed necessary by Pranil.
    • The terms and conditions of employment, including compensation, benefits, and job responsibilities, will be outlined in the offer letter. Acceptance of the offer constitutes agreement to these terms.
  6. Intellectual Property:

    • Any materials, ideas, or inventions shared by applicants during the recruitment process become the property of Pranil unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  7. Data Privacy:

    • Pranil collects and processes personal data provided by applicants in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy. By applying for a position, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data by Pranil.
  8. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the recruitment process shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [jurisdiction].
  9. Modification of Terms:

    • Pranil reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Pranil’s website or other communication channels.
